Sardaarji 3 Controversy: The controversy over Diljit Dosanjh's upcoming film 'Sardaar Ji 3' is getting more and more serious, where ever since the trailer of the film was released, Diljit Dosanjh is being trolled for working with Pakistani actress Hania Aamir. Many people have demanded to boycott the film. Now, FWICE has urged Prime Minister Narendra Modi to take strict and immediate action against Diljit Dosanjh. Along with this, they have also demanded to cancel the passports of the stars and the team of the film and to cancel their Indian citizenship.

FWICE Demands Action Against Diljit Dosanjh’s Film

In fact, the Federation of Western India Cine Employees (FWICE) expressed "deep displeasure" and urged Prime Minister Narendra Modi to take strict and immediate action against the film's star Diljit Dosanjh. Apart from PM Modi, FWICE also made a direct and immediate appeal to Home Minister Amit Shah, External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar, and Information and Broadcasting Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw to take strict and immediate action against Diljit, Gunbir, Manmord, and Amar. It said that hiring Hania Aamir for the film "not only defies the laws and directives of our country but also insults the soul of our nation".

According to ANI report, a part of the letter written by FWICE to PM Modi said, "Daljit Dosanjh, Gunbir Singh Sidhu, Manmord Sidhu and director Amar Hundal, public personalities enjoying the privileges of Indian citizenship, have committed an unjustifiable act by hiring Pakistani actress Ms Hania Aamir in their upcoming film Sardar Ji 3. This decision is not merely a creative choice. It is a deliberate insult to the sovereignty, dignity, and security of India".

'Sardarji 3' will be released only in foreign countries

Apart from Diljit Dosanjh and Hania Aamir, 'Sardarji 3' also stars Pakistani actors Daniel Khawar, Nasir Chinioti, and Salim Albela, and Punjabi superstar Neeru Bajwa. The story of the film revolves around a team that goes to a haunted castle in the UK with armed soldiers. After an invisible spirit defeats them, the owner decides to call Dosanjh for help. The film is directed by Amar Hundal and will be released in theaters abroad on June 27.
